In the spare parts processing custom service center, the lubrication parts of the machine tool must be refueled regularly according to the lubrication diagram, and the injected lubricating oil must be clean. Lubrication should be refueled regularly once a week, find out the law of fuel consumption, and notify maintenance workers in time when oil supply is reduced.

The machine parts processing operator should always pay attention to the movement axis monitoring screen on the CRT display, find the current increase and other abnormal phenomena, timely notify the maintenance worker maintenance. Maintenance workers should inspect the lubricating oil distribution device once a year, and find that the oil circuit is blocked or the oil leakage should be dredged or repaired in time.

In the spare parts processing custom service center, the lubricating oil in the base must be added to the relatively high line of the oil target to ensure the normal lubrication work. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly check whether the oil level is correct, and the lubricating oil should be replaced once every 5 to 6 months.

Due to the large initial wear of the components of the new machine tool, the time of the first and second oil changes should be changed once a month in advance in order to remove dirt in time. After the waste oil is discharged, the tank (including the headstock and the oil tank in the base) should be washed with kerosene, and the oil filter should be cleaned or replaced.

In the process of parts customization, the sealing of the pneumatic system is very important. When the air enters the reversing valve, it is attached to the valve heart, so that the sensitivity of the valve is gradually reduced, and even the current action fails.

In order to remove the sludge and ensure the sensitivity, the oil mist separator can be installed after the filter of the pneumatic system to separate the sludge. In addition, regular cleaning of the hydraulic mesh can also ensure the sensitivity of the valve.

Ensure that the pneumatic device has a suitable working pressure and speed, adjust the working pressure, the pressure gauge should be reliable, accurate reading. After the pressure reducing valve and throttle valve are adjusted, the pressure regulating valve cover or lock nut must be tightened to prevent loosening.

Check whether the pressure of compressed air is normal every day; If the filter needs to be manually drained, it should be arranged once every two days in summer and once a week in winter. Check whether the lubricating oil in the lubricator is used up every month, and add the specified brand of lubricating oil in time.
