Acceptance procedures

1. After the mechanical workpiece is received, full-time acceptance personnel shall be sent to check and accept the material, specifications, models and quantity of the workpiece according to the requirements of the contract and the drawings.

2. The acceptance period is generally 1-2 days. In special cases, the effect of use is determined. If there are quality problems, the processing unit can return, claim, and the processing unit shall bear economic losses.

3. The processing contract signed by the general non-production section will be accepted directly by the department used and the acceptance report will be filled in.

4. If the parts are not qualified, the acceptance personnel must handle the maintenance and return procedures within the specified acceptance period.

5. The acceptance of special precision machined parts shall be organized by full-time acceptance personnel to jointly accept and fill in the acceptance report in detail. For the parts that fail to pass the acceptance, the inspection form should be filled in detail, as a condition to improve the processing accuracy and determine the choice direction of the parts outsourcing processing manufacturers in the future.

Ii. Acceptance requirements

1. Appearance inspection

(1) Check whether the finish of the machined parts meets the requirements of the drawing.

(2) Check whether the appearance of the machined parts is damaged, rusted, bruised and whether the shape and Angle of the thread are correct.

(3) If the above problems are found, detailed records should be made for future reference.

2. Quantity acceptance

(1) Based on the supply contract and processing vouchers, strictly check the material, specifications, and quantity of the workpiece against the drawings, and check each piece.

(2) Make a record of quantity acceptance, indicating the acceptance place, time, participants, types, product names, should arrive and actual quantity.

3. Quality acceptance

(1) Assembly shall be carried out in strict accordance with the regulations and procedures required by the final assembly drawings.

(2) Records should be carefully made during quality acceptance. If there is a quality problem with the workpiece, the external processing unit shall be notified of the details in writing. Decide whether to return or replace according to the situation.

(3) If there are special requirements, the processing unit can be found for joint acceptance and assembly, and the acceptance document can be signed after the installation is qualified.
