The basic composition of CNC machine tool -- machine tool body

Machine tool host is the main body of CNC machine tool. It includes a bed, base, column, beam, slide seat, table, spindle box, feed mechanism, tool holder and automatic tool changing device and other mechanical components. It is the mechanical part of the CNC machine tool to automatically complete various cutting processes. Compared with traditional machine tools, the main body of CNC machine tools has the following structural characteristics:

1) Adopt a new machine tool structure with high stiffness, high shock resistance and small thermal deformation. It is usually used to improve the static stiffness of the structural system, increase the damping, adjust the quality and natural frequency of the structural parts to improve the stiffness and shock resistance of the machine tool host, so that the machine tool body can meet the needs of the CNC machine tool for continuous automatic cutting. The influence of thermal deformation on machine tool can be reduced by improving machine structure layout, reducing heat, controlling temperature rise and adopting thermal displacement compensation.

2) The high performance spindle servo drive and feed servo drive device are widely used to shorten the transmission chain of CNC machine tools and simplify the structure of the machine tool mechanical transmission system.

3) The use of high transmission efficiency, high precision, no gap transmission devices and moving parts, such as ball screw nut pair, plastic sliding guide, linear rolling guide, static guide and so on.

CNC machine tool auxiliary device

Auxiliary device is to ensure the full play of the function of the CNC machine tool necessary supporting devices, commonly used auxiliary devices include: pneumatic, hydraulic device, chip removal device, cooling, lubrication device, rotary table and CNC indexing head, protection, lighting and other auxiliary devices.
