Usually, the tools and measuring tools used in machine tools are often unable to meet the testing needs because of their low accuracy. And the accuracy level of the detection tool used is one level higher than the accuracy of the measured number. In today's CNC lathe, thread cutting usually has three processing methods: G32 direct cutting method, G92 direct cutting method and G76 oblique cutting method, because the cutting method is not the same, the programming method is not the same, the formation of processing errors are not the same. We should carefully analyze the operation and application, and compete for parts with high precision. G32 direct cutting method, because the two edges work together, the cutting force is large, and the row cutting is difficult, so when cutting, the two cutting edges are simple wear. When cutting the thread with larger pitch, because the cutting depth is larger, the blade wear is faster, and then the middle diameter of the thread is wrong; However, its machining precision is higher, so it is usually used for small pitch thread processing. Because the tool moving cutting is completed by programming, so the processing program is longer; Because the blade is simply worn, it is necessary to measure frequently during processing.

Therefore, this processing method is usually suitable for large pitch thread processing. Because this processing method is simple to remove chips, the blade processing condition is better, and the processing method is more convenient when the thread accuracy is not high. In the processing of more high-precision threads, you can choose to finish the two-tool processing, both with the G76 processing method to hold a rough turning, and then with the G32 processing method. However, we should pay attention to the starting point of the tool, otherwise it is simple and disorderly, forming parts and materials.
